Our Charges

We offer competitive pricing for all our services. We have a one-off callout fee of $165 including GST. Parts for repair are in addition to this fee. There are no other hidden costs. If parts have to be ordered resulting in a return visit, you will not be charged a second callout fee or labour! This is what makes our company stand out from all the rest. As part of our customer experience, if your appliance is deemed unrepairable or uneconomical to fix, the callout fee is discounted. Should you need a new appliance professionally installed, we charge a flat rate of $185 including GST.
