 🔧 Transparent Pricing, Real Value 

We believe in clear, competitive pricing with no hidden costs — just honest, reliable service from start to finish.

• Call-Out + 1 Hour Labour: $189 (incl. GST)
  • Covers travel, expert diagnosis, and up to 1 hour of on-site repair work during the initial visit.
  • This is a flat minimum charge — shorter repairs are still billed at the standard $189 rate.
  • Most standard appliance repairs are successfully completed within this first hour.
  • Physical replacement parts are priced separately, only if required for the fix.
• Specialised Repairs: Sealed system and advanced refrigeration work (such as compressor replacements) operate on separate flat-rate packages, which will be discussed transparently before any work begins.
• 💳 Convenient On-Site Payments: To streamline administration and keep service rates competitive, I operate on a payment-on-completion policy. Payment is strictly required on-site immediately upon completion of the repair via Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS, or instant mobile PayID using my portable card terminal.

✅ Need a return visit? If I need to source specialty parts and return to complete the job, you will not be charged a second call-out fee. You will only be billed for the standard labor required to fit the part and complete the repair during that follow-up visit. 

💡 Unrepairable appliance? If, after a thorough inspection, your appliance is found to be unrepairable or uneconomical to fix, I will reduce the standard call-out rate to help save you money. Please note: This courtesy discount does not apply if a repair is fully available, but you choose not to proceed with the fix.

💡 More than one appliance? If you have a second faulty appliance at the same address, I offer a reduced inspection rate for the additional unit. I will always assess and quote everything clearly before spinning a screwdriver — ensuring absolutely zero surprises. This straightforward, honest approach is just one of the ways I put my customers first.
