Our Charges

We believe in clear, competitive pricing with no hidden costs — just honest, reliable service from start to finish.

Call-Out + 1 Hour Labour: $185 (incl. GST)

• Covers travel, diagnosis, and up to 1 hour of repair work
• This is a flat minimum charge — shorter repairs are still charged at $185
• Most standard appliance repairs are completed within the first hour
• Parts are priced separately, only if needed
• Additional time (beyond the first hour) is billed at $25 per 15 minutes, always quoted upfront
• Sealed system and refrigeration work may attract different rates, which will be discussed before proceeding

✅ Need a return visit? If we need to order parts and come back, you won’t be charged another call-out fee — only the time spent on the repair.

💡 Unrepairable appliance? If your appliance is assessed as beyond repair or uneconomical to fix, we’ll discount the call-out to save you money.

💡 More than one appliance? If you have a second faulty appliance at the same address, additional charges may apply. We’ll always assess and quote separately before any further work is carried out — no surprises.
