• Flat Call-Out Fee: $185 (incl. GST)
   
• Parts: Priced separately, only if needed
   
• No extra labour fees for most repairs
   

✅ Need a return visit? If we need to order parts and come back, you won’t be charged another call-out or labour fee — it’s all covered.

💡 Unrepairable appliance? If your appliance is assessed as beyond repair or uneconomical to fix, we’ll discount the call-out fee to save you money.

💡 More than one appliance? If you have a second faulty appliance at the same address, additional charges may apply. We’ll always assess and quote separately before any further work is carried out — no surprises.
